Mens Notes:

Winter Golf is in with a bang. We’re probably lucky to be playing golf after the rain that’s fallen.

Wednesdays Open Singles was confined to 12 holes and Ian Condon nipped out the road from Clonmel to pinch 1st prize with an impressive 31pts. Well done Ian – great shooting.

Onto the weekend and with some hard toil from the Green keeping staff we were fortunate to have an 18 hole Open Singles kindly sponsored by Cahir Hygiene.

Rising to the top of the pile was the inform Paul O’Sullivan with 39pts rounding off a great seven days golf with a very strong back nine. Well done Paul.

Pipped into second was Michael Kelly with 38pts narrowly grabbing it on a countback from third place finisher Alan Weldrick who had a strong showing with 38pts.

Great golf and Congrats to all prize winners.
