3 Ball Champagne Scramble

Bank Holiday Monday 6th June,  Open 3 Ball Champagne Scramble.
No round of golf is ever the same.  That is what brings Golfers out weekly and more often.   The challenge of bettering the last game or the last Hole.  Thus, Competitions are organised and playing partner’s change, Handicap combination is assessed and the opportunity to challenge for success commences again on the first Hole.
Cahir Park Golfers benefit from the Fixtures set at beginning of golf year by Captains and Competitions Secretaries.   (Sometimes the fixture of a particular day may be changed for operational reasons.)  One view of the Fixtures list on Club Website or the Fixtures Booklet sets up the weekend and helps plan for the month ahead.
Summer is busy with Club Fixtures and Golf Ireland Competitions.   There is time for everyone to play golf, socially and competitively.  Your Membership is important to the Club and that you enjoy playing golf is equally important. The Members who give their time to partake on Club Panels and Teams and Manage the teams to represent the Club are very much appreciated.  Success is celebrated but it is the representation of Club that truly counts.  These Members and the Members who play in Club Fixtures and invite their friends to join them on Open Days are the backbone of every Club.
In order Members get to know each other,  Cahir Park organises Champagne Scramble Competitions occasionally.   To join in, add your name to the BRS system or phone the ProShop 052 7441474 and playing partner(s) can be arranged.   The next Champagne Scramble will be played on Bank Holiday Monday 6th June.  This will be an Open 3 Ball competition,  any combination,  Handicap limit for Men 24 and Ladies 36.  Entry €15 for team of 3 Members and €45 for Visiting team of 3.  Excellent Catering facilities available all-day Bank Holiday Monday.
