Congratulations to Captains

Following Ladies Club AGM and Men’s Club AGM this week,  Cahir Park Golf Club has two new Captains.

Outgoing Captain Margaret Gill presented her successor Mary Lyons with the Ladies Captain’s Pin and wished Mary a very successful 2023.

On the following evening,  outgoing Captain Gary Morrison wished his successor John Hughes a great year ahead.

Both Margaret and Gary received wonderful and well-deserved accolades for the service they gave to the Club during 2022.

Captains Mary and John paid tribute to their predecessors and said they looked forward to working with their committees for all members of the Club and they also hoped the successes achieved by Teams in 2022 will continue through 2023.  Special mention went to Team Managers,  Team Panels and the very generous Sponsors who support many events in Cahir Park.
