Covered Driving Range Bays

Great to see so many out practicing in our new covered bays during the damp sells. A great addition to the club. The driving range is open to all to use and is over 300 yards in length.

Halloween Scramble

It is time to dust down the Witches Hats and Capes or invent new Brooms and Cauldrons.  Thursday 27th October will see the Ladies arrive in fancy dress for 12 Hole Scramble with Shotgun start at 11am followed Novelty Games.

This day is very kindly sponsored by O’Donnell’s, Woodview Service Station,  Cahir.  Draw for playing partners on Tuesday 25th October,  so put your name on Entry Sheet in Ladies locker room.  A good day of fun to come!

Cahir Park Ladies played the Course on Thursday and the freshly sanded Fairways!  With a heavy due underfoot and lovely Autumn sunshine overhead,  it was a test of true golf and resilience.  Congratulations to

Senior Ladies returned after a short break and enjoyed another very well organised game of golf.

Mens

We held a midweek 18 hole singles stableford competition over the 12th and 13th of October. The winner was Bernard Hurley (27) with 40 points. Excellent shooting. Second place send to Lee Grogan (10) with a score of 36 points. Congrats lads.

Men’s AGM

The Annual General Meeting of the Men’s Committee will take place in the Club House
on Friday 18th November 2022 at 8pm.
