Congratulations Club Officers
Congratulations to Captains Don Quill and Pauline Mulcahy and Club Treasurer John Hughes who enjoyed success in the Allianz Golfsure/Irish Golfers Officers Challenge 2024 played at Cork Golf Club recently. The team will represent Cahir Park Golf Club in the All-Ireland Final to be played in the K-Club in October.

Ladies Open Day Thursday 12th September
Cahir Park Ladies will host the Final Open Day of the year on Thursday 12th.
The competition will be 18 Hole Champagne Scramble and booking via ProShop 052 7441474 or online www.cahirgolfclub.com.

Ladies Star
It has been a great fortnight for Cahir Park Ladies and congratulations and thanks are extended to all the Golfers who represented the Club on Courses across the Country.
Anne Fitzgerald and Lisa Blackett played in the Final of the Australian Spoons competition held at Co Longford Golf Club. Marie Keating and Michelle Keating played in the Final of the Conoration Cup in Wicklow Golf Club. Susan Carey and Imelda Buckley played in the Eileen Murphy Cup Final at Cork Golf Club and on the same week, Imelda played in the Bronze Medal Final at West Waterford G.C. together with Deirdre O’Neill who played in the Silver Medal Final. Congratulations Ladies. Thank you from all your fellow golfers.

Congratulations to Barry Hennessy who won the 2024 men’s golfer of the year. The grand finale took place on Sunday and Barry shot a nett 67 playing off 13 to secure the title.
