Spring Leagues
The Ladies and Mens’ Spring Leagues are being hotly contested and the Results Boards are under scrutiny. With Prize Presentations scheduled for Saturday 1st April, there is still a lot of golf to be played and enjoyed.

Course Conditions
This week, we play all of the Back Nine Holes with five of the Front Holes, allowing four Holes rest and recover for imminent Summer Competitions. The Back Nine Holes are in superb condition with credit due to Greenkeeper Declan and Team for managing the Course through floods, Frost and the recent dry spell.

Results
The Seniors Ladies said goodbye to February on Tuesday 28th when playing a 12 hole Scramble in very cold conditions. However the elements did not deter good results and another pleasant afternoon of banter over coffee and culinary delights.
The winning team of Imelda Fitzpatrick, Mary Comerford, Jo Doyle and Mag Tobin scored 74pts.

Find the Golf Ball
All members are asked to support the ‘Find the Golf Ball’ weekly fundraiser. Your weekly €2 is very valuable to build funds for continuous improvement of golf facilities and equipment. The envelope drawn on Saturday March 4th was Karen O’Brien and her number was 16. It was not a winner but she wins a box of Pro V1s. The next draw will take place on Saturday March 11th.
Envelopes are available in the Bar and Restaurant and in the Pro Shop. The jackpot €620.
