These fabulous new facilities were officially opened on Sunday evening coinciding with Men’s Captain’s Prize weekend.  Blessed by Club Member, Rev. Fr. Joe Flynn, who wished all using the Driving Range Bays and Putting Green safe and good golf, the ribbon for Putting Green was cut by Junior Captain Ellen Farrell and the ribbon for the Driving Range Bays was cut by Seamus Moran,  Honorary Secretary 2020/2021, who was instrumental in applying for the Sports Capital Resilience Grant which kick started the project.   The Bays are in full use and were of huge benefit last week when rainfall was heavy. The Putting Green is conveniently located by the Driving Range.  Much thanks to all the Members who did Fundraising and Grant Applications to realise both projects and to the Course Manager and Staff for their hard work and support.
